Now that keeping your internet service and home technology systems running is more important today than ever; we also understand the vital role of social distancing in slowing the spread of this virus. In order to achieve this balance, we are making a few changes to our service policies we want you to be aware of:


Prioritized Internet Support

Through the end of April, we are waiving our membership requirement for remote tech support and priority response for all internet-related issues. This means that all of our clients will now receive basic remote support for any issues related to internet connectivity, regardless of membership level. If further assistance is needed to resolve the issue, these tickets will be prioritized by Advanced Support over non-internet related issues.  

Free Essentials+ Memberships

Additionally, in order to minimize the need for in-home appointments, we are offering free Essentials+ memberships through the end of April for any of our clients who are not already on a paid membership.  This offer is intended to give all of those in our community unlimited access to 24/7 basic remote support, free of charge. If you are not already on a paid plan, you can sign up here; simply select our Essentials+ membership and use the coupon code COMMUNITY at checkout.  Your card will not be charged until the offer expires at the end of April. As a reminder, all of our memberships are month-to-month and can be changed or canceled at any time.  Please see our Terms of Service for more details.

Protecting our Employees and You

In anticipation of this situation and to mitigate impact to our remote support operation, we asked our remote support team to work from home starting three weeks ago. However, our on-site Advanced Support team is still exposed in the field and we are taking extra precautions which may result in delays in our ability to schedule any necessary on-site appointments. We ask for your patience as we work our hardest to support you.
