Description of SMS Use Cases
Atlanta Audio & Automation may send SMS/MMS messages to customers and prospective customers who have opted in to our messaging program. Messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for consultations and installations
- Service updates and project status notifications
- Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and event invitations
- Customer support and follow-up communications
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from Atlanta Audio & Automation. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS/MMS messages sent and received. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Atlanta Audio & Automation. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Age Restriction
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and participate in Atlanta Audio & Automation's SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
