1. Initial Consultation:
We are responsible for all phases of the AV and integrated technology work including the needs assessment, system design, engineering, installation, commissioning, training and service. During the initial consultation process it is very important to ensure the needs analysis has been performed otherwise the system design and project contract will be too vague.
The project always begins with a discovery process, where we listen to our client’s needs and desires. Our preliminary interviews are relaxed yet specific, as we endeavor to balance the desires of the client with the realities of technological trends, budget constraints and built-in obsolescence. If you are building a new home or working with a design professional, we will review your plans and consult with your architect, builder, contractor, and interior designer during this process. Depending on the type of project these discussions can be at the client’s home or business or at our showroom offices in Atlanta, Georgia.
2. System Design & Project Proposal:
Now that pertinent information has been gathered, a detailed report can be developed in accordance to these plans. We put our system design team to work to define all aspects of the project functionality for each room or area. We will present to you a system proposal which outlines the scope, a detailed description of equipment and labor, the costs, and the initial time frames planned for your project. If applicable, an extensive set of project drawings are created that show graphically where all hardware and pre-wire drops will be located. Finally, we meet with the client to deliver this information for review, feedback, and ultimate approval.
3. Implementation Process:
After the client has signed off on the system design and the project price, we then identify the start date of the project and order equipment as necessary. If low voltage wiring and enclosures are appropriate we will do this at this time. We then purchase all home automation equipment and assemble as appropriate in our office or at the job site. System programing and documentation will be done at this phase as appropriate for each job. Our job is only complete when the client is 100% satisfied with the finished product. The length of time for this phase is dependent upon the time frame of construction.
4. Training & Final Walkthrough:
We’re not finished until the system is complete, fully functional, and we train you. We will walk through the system with you from room to room, show you how to operate everything and answer all your questions. We will make sure you fully understand the new system and will ask you to practice operating everything before we leave. And even then, if you have any questions, we are a phone call away for support.
5. Continued Service & Support:
We strive to make every client, a client for life. We ensure that the investment they have made into their home is well protected and may be serviced for life with accuracy and diligence. We honor all manufacturer warranties plus a 12-month workmanship warranty. Should you need service, please call 770-977-9110 and let them know that you need service for your existing system installed by us.
