Phillip replaced my 14-year old home theatre with a state-of-the-art front projection system: screen that descends from theceiling, in-wall speakers and subwoofers, blue ray DVD player, and an amazing remote control that does everything with one touch of a button, with my favorite channels programmed in with picture icons.  Philip also updated my entire home stereo system, with outdoor speakers, and now that system is hooked into the music channels on my TV service.  Everything has been such a success, and has offered me so much enjoyment, plus ease of operation, that I have recommended Phillip and his company to everyone who will listen.

But more than this, Phillip is calm, does a clean installation, takes care of everything, does everything he says, is always punctual and polite, and offers a hassle-free, professional service, and installation.  And I especially love it that when I call him, Phillip actually answers the phone, instead of my having to leave a voice message and begin playing telephone tag.  Other companies would not speak to me about replacing my home theatre unless I went to their showroom.  Conversely, Phillip came to my home, to see the space, and to tell me on-site what was possible, and to make informed recommendations based on the layout of my home and rooms.  In other words, Phillip did not waste my time, as other companies did.
